What we collect
We collect your name, email address, delivery address, order history, and Glow Circle loyalty programme data. We never store payment card numbers on our systems.

We collect personal information when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter.
Why we collect it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, administer the Glow Circle loyalty programme, and send marketing communications where you have opted in. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to deliver your order (our courier service).
How it is stored
Your data is held on secure servers. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. We are not liable for breaches that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@glownutrition.co.za with your request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 5 years as required by law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Terms of Service
By placing an order with Glow Nutrition you agree to these terms.
Products are sold as described. We make every effort to represent our products accurately, including ingredients, weights, and nutritional information.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing any affected order.
Glow Nutrition reserves the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an existing medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Returns and Refunds
Unopened product: You may return any unopened, undamaged product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email info@glownutrition.co.za with your order number before sending anything back, so we can arrange the return.
Opened product: We cannot accept returns of opened products unless the product is faulty or does not match its description.
Faulty or incorrect products: Email us immediately at info@glownutrition.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as direct bank transfer (EFT).
Card payments are processed by a secure third-party provider. We never store your card details on our systems.
For bank transfer orders, your banking details are emailed to you immediately on checkout. Your order is dispatched once your payment has been confirmed, which typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
All transactions are in South African Rand (ZAR).
